To commission your special painting , Janice needs the following Items :

* 5 or 6 sharply focused, good quality photos of your favorite pet or
  special person. (All photos will be returned).
 	                
* Provide a narrative description of any special background or specific
  details to incorporate into the painting. (Look at above examples).
 	                
* Price is based on one pet or person, size and complexity of the artwork. 	                
 	                Finished artwork size/price is as follows: 
  	                  16 x 20 - Starting at $250
 	                  18 x 24 - Starting at $300
 	                  22 x 28 - Starting at $350
  (Additional pricing for more than one pet or person, please contact me).        
 	                
* All portraits and commissioned artwork is framed in a black satin
  frame with white or black matting. Specialty frame or matting
  to compliment your piece can be done at additional cost.
	                
* 50% down payment is required to start the commissioned piece.
  When the piece is complete the remaining 50% and tax is due.
 	                
* Prices do not include tax, shipping and handling charges. 	                .
 	                
* Artist retains the right to reproduce, license and sell prints of the
  commissioned piece. The piece may also be used in artwork advertising.
